Opening Custom menu additional window styles are available:
First seven styles represents dynamic list of recently used styles, which are available using subsequent menu item – load from file. This edition of Vidi windows Tools contains 72 predefined styles, recallable from menu load from file.
All these files are usual graphics images, which can (but mustn’t) provide also transparency. User can create very quickly his own Vidi style as a graphics (for ex. Bitmap) file and Vidi tools would render your own pattern around borders.
Border Joining style can be set to clipped or overturned and a pattern graphics could be rendered flipped or non-flipped.
Reset colors menu, shows original window border-pattern without any coloration. Coloration can be made with the colour dialog or using the luminosity sliders as shown in the preceding chapter: Setting the Vidi window border luminosity .
Following example demonstrates how to change borders from Formal document to Golden-Treasure, then changing the coloration to the blue and finally using menu reset colors to change pattern back to the original look and feel.
Example: change original Formal document to Golden-Treasure.
