Why to use a menu?

A menu can be used to perform Scissors-setting, which could also be done on-fly directly on the Scissors-pad or Scissors-nib. Additionally some of the system settings could change the behaviour of the Scissors in order to adjust it to the particular user's preferences. This menu could also be used as additional visualisation of the actual scissors-mode and functions.
