Setting the Vidi window topmost or non-topmost mode

Vidi window is topmost by default. Left click on the upper slider button without movement switches the Vidi window topmost mode ON or OFF. When non-topmost, the button changes appearance from non-pressed state to pressed state, as shown in the picture below.
