Click on
the scissors- nib or on the scissors-pad, toggles the scissors between opened and closed
state. When opened, scissors can be used to cut the content according to the current cutting
mode. When closed, scissors could be moved to the desired position without cutting anything.
Subsequent picture show the scissors firstly closed - ready to move and then opened - ready to
cut.
