How to start-up the scissors?

A double click on the pad is required to take the scissors into the function. The scissors and pad starts at the recently used position, and can be repositioned to any desired desktop location. The scissors appears on the pad with a handle, which collor represents the scissors cutting mode.

A yellow button within the pad represents scissors nib. Both pad and scissors nibs are permanently top-most on the screen.

Using the nib is quite simple.  It can be moved with or without a pad. Being very small, it can be tolerated in most cases or temporarily switched off.

When the mouse enters into the pad area, the pad enlarges slightly, and help-label suggests possible actions.
