Getting started with a scissors

After Installation, Scissors appears on an silver pad, positioned on the desktop.

This icon is associated with the utility program named Vidi-scissors. Its aim is to select and cut desired screen-objects into the clipboard, into the file, into the editing program, or into the Vidi window.
