Cutting a single object

The Smart mode in Light Edition is limited to auto-detection of rectangular sub-windows only. When dragging the opened scissors onto the sub-window area, the frame surrounding the sub-window is displayed automatically. Releasing the scissors, the frame gets semi-transparently highlighted.

The single rectangular selection occurs by pressing the left mouse-button when the scissors-nib is positioned inside of desired sub-rectangle. The program detects the sub rectangle (*-Light Edition detects sub windows only) and draws a semitransparent rectangular frame around borders of detected area. Left mouse dragging of scissors-nib can be used to explore all possible sub-rectangles on the actual window. The desired rectangular area can be fixed by simultaneous clicking on the second (right) mouse button.

Releasing the remaining left mouse button shows a magnified rectangular area. The magnified rectangle can be acknowledged using an Acknowledge buttongraphic, (or one ofgraphic, graphic, graphic when screen-capturing mode) or Enter keystroke. Cancel buttongraphic, or Esc keystroke cancels the selection.
